    This reads like a true story like a girl tells you what really happens to her like she trusted you enough not to hide anything because you're her best friend. I was very touched I wished I met man like him. I would recommend people who like to read get this book. Erin Wright is a very talented writer and I'd like to read more in that series about all of the brothers

    In this first book in the new Long Valley Series, author Erin Wright has given her readers the story of Stetson. He has his hands full trying to run his father’s farm after his passing. He sure doesn’t have time to deal with the finances of doing so. One thing leads to another and he is looking at foreclosure. The bank sends Jennifer, a beautifully eye opening accountant to help him figure out the mess. And here begins the ritual of romance! This is a really good book that had me hooked from the start. Lots of denial, chemistry, tension and curveballs thrown in to make this a witty characterization of a tantalizingly good book. A great beginning to this series. I received a complimentary copy of this book and voluntarily gave my review.

    Accounting for Love by Erin Wright was part of the Kiss Me Cowboy Summer Box Set and was a new author for me but you can bet I will be reading more of her books! This is also the 1st book in the Long Valley series. Stetson Miller inherits his father’s farm but as he works in the fields to grow the crops to pay the bills he really doesn’t pay much attention to the finances until he receives notification that they bank is threatening to foreclose on the ranch…the bank sends an auditor to the ranch to determine how best to foreclose and sell the ranch but the auditor, Jennifer Kendall always tries to find a way to save a ranch and the bank gets their money. When Jennifer meets Stetson the sparks fly but not in a good way (in the beginning) she feels the pull to want more from Stetson but he doesn’t want anything to do with her because she reminds him of a city girl and he has already been left by one. Can Jennifer find a way to save Stetson’s ranch and find a way into his heart or will it all fall to ruin???

    Great story! I love how Stetson is a grown man but can still be put into place by Carmelita his housekeeper (surrogate mom). When Jennifer comes to take his farm he gets put in place for his rudeness towards her. But something happens and in the end they look forward to marriage after he finds out he is becoming a dad. I love how he confuses the words in excitement "I'm going to have a father" instead of I'm going be a father. Great HEA and NO cliffhangers

    While I need to be honest, I only read this book while I was waiting for one I had on hold from the library. With that being said, I. COULD. NOT. PUT. IT. DOWN!! Furthermore, I. COULD. NOT. WAIT. TO. READ. THE. OTHERS. IN. THIS. SERIES!! OMG! Like so many others, I have my favorite authors. Well, Erin Wright is now in my list of favorites!! She has a way to bring you in and think you are the main character! So many times I could picture me as Jennifer! Oh, if only my husband could be named Stetson and live on a ranch, I'd be set!!! Perfect balance between romance and intrigue. What will come next? I just couldn't put this down! In fact, I recommended the series to my supervisor at work! I am patiently waiting her next book in this series AND the new firefighter series she has mentioned!!! I. CAN'T. WAIT!!!! Oh, and the library book I had on hold, well let's just say I had to place another hold on it!

    I fell in love with characters in this book. What do you do when you fall for the woman that holds the future of your ranch in her hands. All you want to do is hate her but she makes that plum near impossible. This was a great read. although it can be read as a standalone it leads into there being more. can't wait for more of this story. you wont be dissapointed . I recieved this book for free and chose to review it

    A good story about Jennifer, an accountant from the big city, and Stetson, the ranch owner she comes to audit. She knows her job, but has some issues and insecurities. He's a rancher, not a bookkeeper with a number of anger issues, especially those surrounding the accountant who's come to audit his books. Sparks fly, misunderstandings happen, and chemistry develops, as the story builds, leading to a great HEA.
