    I've eaten at Mesa in Las Vegas more than 8 times with each experience being overwhelmingly great. I got this book (hard copy) at that Mesa grill location and have been using it for home cooks ever since. Just do as Bobby say and all will be well. I have a few more of his books and all is good. Thanks again and it's my cooking dream that someday along with my daughter that we are able to attend a workshop or something of the sort conducted by Bobby Flay.
