    I thought the points made in this book were valid. It did give a generalized overview of important health factors to consider and manipulate for the desired effect. I would have liked sample meal plans and/or a structured exercise guide for the 7 days tested and proven to have resulted in the loss of 10 pounds.

    I give an A for effort but there wasn't enough information on "how" to lose 10 lbs. in a week. I would suggest meal examples. Juicing recipes perhaps. This was more like a blog post and not a book. I read in about 30 minutes.
